All business establishments registered in Singapore are required to have a registered office within Singapore to which all communications and notices may be addressed. P.O. Box addresses are prohibited to be used as registered office address. The use of our prestigious office address as the registered office is particularly convenient for companies that do not establish a separate place of business of their own in Singapore. In addition, many of our clients who do have their own separate place of business in Singapore nevertheless use our office address as their registered office to ensure that court papers or official notices served on the company receive appropriate and timely attention.

Registered Address can be used on business cards, letterheads or any other official documents and be used for mails and correspondences.

Whenever mails arrive, we provide notification via email & telephone calls (for local mobile phone users only) or relayed in any way you require and information of sender of the mails will be provided.

For Basix Pack customers, mails will be kept for your self-collection and uncollected mails for up to 90 days. Uncollected mails after that will be returned to senders without prior notice.

For foreign customer or customers who travel frequently, we can accommodate for their mails to be kept in our custody until their next return home in Singapore, at no additional charge for up to 90 days. Uncollected mails after that will be returned to senders without prior notice.

For any arrival of postal mails, including courier items and small parcels, we provide Mail Forwarding every Friday*. Mail Forwarding will be free from any handling or postal charge for mails forwarded to Singapore postal address. Foreign customers will required to place a deposit of $100 for postal charges. * If Friday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day.

Primo Pack can be registered by customers worldwide, without restriction on the native location of the user*. Basix Pack is strictly restricted to customers based in Singapore, due to self-collection of mails. Package upgrades can only be changed 1st of month following your request to upgrade.
